By subscribing to SMS notifications from Hermes AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe to or use the service.
2. Service Description
Hermes AI provides AI-powered SMS notifications, including but not limited to daily summaries, alerts, and conversational responses. The service is provided "as is" and message delivery depends on carrier networks beyond our control.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
- Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you authorize Hermes AI to send automated SMS messages to your mobile number.
- Message frequency: Varies, up to 4 messages per month.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, including a phone number that belongs to you. You may not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hermes AI is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the SMS service, including but not limited to missed messages, delayed delivery, or carrier-related issues.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
